About Tallow and blocks

Help birds get through the cold months with our suet and energy blocks available at FG Edwards. Suet is a source of fat and concentrated energy that birds especially need during the harsh Eastern Townships winters, when temperatures plummet well below zero and natural insects are scarce.

Our selection includes standard and fruit- or nut-flavored suet cakes, energy blocks in various sizes, and mixes enriched with sunflower seeds and peanuts. Suet attracts species that rarely visit seed feeders—woodpeckers, nuthatches, treecreepers, and tits love it. It's an ideal addition to your feeding station, especially from October to April when birds' energy needs are highest.
