Electric cord

Combine visibility and strength with our electric fencing ropes available from FG Edwards. Electric rope offers an excellent compromise between wire and tape—it's visible to animals, wind-resistant, and robust enough for semi-permanent installations and rotational grazing throughout the season.

Our electric fencing ropes feature braided stainless steel or copper conductors encased in a durable polyethylene sheath. They are available in various diameters and colors to suit your enclosures. The rope is particularly popular for mobile fencing and rotational grazing systems because it winds easily onto a reel and quickly tightens between posts without tangling.

Visit us in West Brome or Bedford to handle our ropes and compare their strengths. Also check out our fence reels for quick rope deployment and our rope insulators designed for this type of conductor.
