Retail Store Return Policy

General Returns:

  1. 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Return Condition: Items must be in the same condition that you received them – unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  3. Receipt Requirement: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Return Request: To initiate a return, either visit us in person at the store or contact us at achats@fgedwards.ca.
  2. Return Address: For delivery items, send returns to 12 Chem. Mccurdy, West Brome, QC J0E 2P0.
  3. Return Shipping: Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspection on Reception: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain Items Excluded: We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • Separate Purchases for Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Refund Process: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund Delays: Contact us at achats@fgedwards.ca if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund.

Animal Feed, Seeds, and Culverts and Drains:

  • Final Sale: All sales of animal feed, seeds, and all culverts and drains are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
  • Policy updates will be posted in-store and on our website.
