This heating mat emits gentle heat that stimulates seed germination. Large enough for a standard seed tray, this 25 x 51 cm (10" x 20") mat is compatible with all Jiffy seed starter kits. Easy to use: simply plug it in and it will maintain the optimal temperature for germinating most seeds.

Designed for indoor use only. Maintains a temperature of 22-23°C. Once the seeds have germinated and the seedlings have emerged, remove the seed tray from the heating mat and place the seedlings near a sunny window or under a grow light.
