Overview
This splitting wedge makes splitting logs, large logs or staves easy. Made of high-carbon drop-forged steel, it has a sharp, tapered tip that easily penetrates wood and stays in place once driven.
Square in shape, the striking surface has been chamfered to reduce the risk of flying splinters and mushrooming.
Covered with a clear coating that protects it against corrosion, this accessory has the weight and shape needed to split dense, tough pieces of wood.
