Questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I know this part fits my fence?
Two things in the compatibility list on this page: the post type (wood, T-post or round) and the conductor (wire, tape or rope) with its size. If in doubt, a photo of the setup sent to our team by e-mail lets us check.
How do I get it?
Shipped by carrier anywhere in Québec, delivered by our own truck in our local delivery area (Tuesday to Thursday), or free pickup in Bedford or West Brome. The postal code entered under "How to get it", on this page, gives the answer for your address; the exact shipping cost shows in the cart, before you pay.
Can I return a part that does not fit?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, as long as the part is unused: in store, or by mail after writing to us for the return instructions.
How many do I need?
Insulators: one per post and per strand. Conductor: fence length times the number of strands, plus about 1 m per strand at each end for ties. Insulator, conductor, handle and strainer pages do the math under the add button; the fence calculator does the whole fence.
Still have a question?
