Réponses aux questions de la gamme
Comment choisir mon isolateur?
L'isolateur se choisit selon deux choses : le type de poteau (bois, en T, rond, extrémité ou montage universel) et la largeur du conducteur (fil, ruban ou corde). Utilisez le filtre « Type de poteau » en haut de la grille, puis vérifiez la largeur acceptée sur la fiche produit.
Quelle différence entre fil, ruban et corde?
Le fil poly est discret et économique pour la plupart des lignes. Le ruban est large et très visible, utile pour les chevaux et les zones de passage. La corde combine visibilité et résistance. Chaque conducteur demande un isolateur et des raccords adaptés à sa largeur.
Combien d'isolateurs me faut-il?
Comptez un isolateur par poteau et par fil. Pour une ligne droite, espacez les poteaux selon le terrain ; ajoutez un isolateur d'extrémité ou de coin à chaque changement de direction et en fin de ligne.
Faut-il une mise à la terre?
Oui. Une bonne mise à la terre est essentielle au bon fonctionnement de la clôture. Prévoyez une ou plusieurs tiges de terre reliées à l'électrificateur avec une bride et un câble adaptés. La section Accessoires regroupe les pièces de mise à la terre.
Vos pièces sont-elles compatibles avec mon électrificateur?
Les isolateurs, conducteurs et raccords Sentinel se posent sur toute clôture électrique standard, peu importe la marque de l'électrificateur. Le raccordement se fait avec un câble cavalier vers la borne de sortie. En cas de doute, appelez-nous.
